The Sharps Recovery System™ is offered exclusively by Sharps Compliance Inc., a leading full-service provider of cost-effective solutions for medical waste. A first of its kind, this system completely eliminates landfill use and creates a new resource used in the manufacturing of raw materials for industrial applications.
To initiate this program follow these simple instructions:

1. Contact Sharps Compliance Inc. by phone at: 1-800-772-5657 ext. 162 to become a customer.

2. Reference the Azenic DHP and request the appropriate Sharps Recovery System™ for your needs:

3. Sharps Compliance Inc. will send you the system of your choice. Return postage and product repurposing is included in the purchase price. (Please Note: only approved, properly labeled Sharps Recovery System containers may be used by customers for returning used DHPs; customers are responsible for removing burs from the DHPs before disposing in the containers; customers are responsible for normal precautions requisite with medical waste).

4. Follow the instructions for use included in the Recovery System: simply fill the container, seal it,
package it and hand it to your US postal carrier or drop it at a nearby US Post Office.

5. On-line tracking and proof of treatment of returned DHPs is available through SharpsTracer® at
www.sharpsinc.com/sharpstracer.

**Under no circumstance should used DHPs be returned to Azenic.
